Rule 109
Quarterly discussion with amendments

(1) Consideration of the amendment shall be done in the order of the clauses of the bill, and the member called by the chairman or the member authorized by him may present the amendment. will be submitted for decision. However, in order to save time, in order to eliminate duplication in the discussion, it may be allowed to discuss the interdependent amendments received under the same section or it simultaneously, and during the discussion on the section, any part or section of the bill can be put in discussion before and after, or any part or section can be adjourned to be considered later. (3) The minister must be present when the bill is debated regularly. Explanation: Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, for the purpose of this rule and rules 110, 111, 112 and 113, in the case of the bill being discussed regularly in the relevant committee. "Chairman" means the chairman of the concerned committee and "meeting" also means the meeting of the concerned committee.
